The workplace support partner for parents raising neurodivergent and SEND children.

Parents and carers of children with SEND are often balancing appointments, school meetings, paperwork and advocacy alongside their working day. Much of that pressure stays invisible at work.

SenSqd helps employers recognise that hidden pressure and provide practical support that works for both employees and organisations.

The hidden workforce

A second shift your people rarely mention.

Behind the calendar invites and the well-run meetings, one in five of your employees is quietly raising a neurodivergent or SEND child. It shapes their day long before they log on and long after they log off, and almost none of it is visible to the people they work with.

Before 9am

School run negotiations, missed medication, a call from the SENCO, and a meltdown at the door.

During the day

Back-to-back meetings while quietly triaging emails from schools, therapists and local authorities.

After hours

EHCP paperwork, appeals, appointments and the emotional load nobody at work quite sees.

The commercial case

The talent you can't afford to lose.

This isn't a wellbeing nice-to-have. It's a workforce strategy. SenSqd gives you the tools, the language and the evidence to keep and grow the people quietly holding two roles.

Retention risk

Working carers are three times more likely to reduce hours or leave, often your most experienced people.

Manager confidence

Line managers want to help but lack the language, tools and confidence to have the right conversation.

Inclusion, made real

Move beyond policy into everyday, workplace-aware support your people actually feel.

Measurable impact

Anonymised insight into engagement, wellbeing and retention: evidence for the board, not just the intranet.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Who is SenSqd for?+

Employers who want to retain and support employees raising neurodivergent or SEND children, and the parents and carers themselves, accessed through their employer.

How is this different from an EAP or wellbeing platform?+

SenSqd is workplace-aware and SEND-specialist. We combine expert content, AI tools built for the SEND journey, and manager enablement, not generic counselling.

When does SenSqd launch?+

We are onboarding a small cohort of founding employers now, with a broader launch in 2026. Waitlist members get first access and shape the roadmap.

How is data handled?+

Individual employee data is private by design. Employers see anonymised, aggregated insight only, never identifiable personal information.

Is there a cost for parents?+

SenSqd is provided through your employer as a workplace benefit. Individual pathways are available on the waitlist for parents whose employers aren't yet onboard.
